All sales are final and are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once payment has been made. We also do not accept order exchanges of any kind.

All orders from AstroBunny Studios are shipped from California through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any orders placed on Monday-Friday will usually be processed, packaged, & shipped the next Saturday, but this is NOT a guarantee. Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) from the day you place your order for your order to be processed, packaged, & shipped. You will be emailed once your package has shipped. Please note that decal-only orders are shipped in flat envelopes via USPS First-Class Mail, which does not come with tracking. All other orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package, which does include tracking.
Although AstroBunny Studios is proud to offer its products to international spacekeebers and consumers, it is not responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or fees that are applied to your package if you are ordering internationally. If you are shopping overseas and/or outside the United States, please make sure you are aware of your country’s customs policies on imported goods. Some packages may be subject to additional taxes or fees before you can collect them. These fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
AstroBunny Studios is not responsible for any lost packages, and will not refund or replace any lost packages.* Once a package is dropped off at a USPS office, AstroBunny Studios has no control over the actions of their handling of packages or how fast they ship packages.
AstroBunny Studios is also not responsible for any packages that fall victim to pirates of any kind, including, but not limited to, porch and space ones.*
*If it has been determined that a shipping carrier has truly lost a package, or a pirate got to it before the consumer did, feel free to reach out to AstroBunny Studios via our contact page and we may be able to compensate.
Compensation is at the sole discretion of AstroBunny Studios and is determined on a case by case basis. Compensation of lost packages is not a guarantee.
